So on my AMCAS activity timelines I put for certain continuing activities that I anticipate working/volunteering thru Aug 2020, which is the last possible date option.

I put those there bc that made the best sense realistically and Is the default if I continued doing what Im doing now. But maybe I want to try and save money and get a side job? Quit my current job? Travel for a month? Possibilities are endless. I’m not 100% certain on how i’d like to spend my time after this application cycle/fall. If secondaries ask about my plans what should I say?

Just give your best guess as to what you will be doing. But hey, **** happens? I think only Dartmouth asks you to let them know of any changes to your plans.

How often do schools ask about gap year plans in secondary and beyond (interviews-which Ican only dream of having at this point). Especially for mid and top tier
