Recently I had to e-mail a government agency about a retirement benefit question. Check out the response I got:

Thank you for your recent inquiry. This is an automatic response confirming the receipt of your e-mail. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL.

You will receive another response to your specific questions within the next 15 to 20 business days. Please be advised that more complex issues, or those requiring the retrieval of a case file, may increase the response time to 20 to 30 business days.

So they are saying a reply from a human would take 2 months??? LOL

Well, when your workday runs from 9:30 to 4, and you have every other Friday off, and let's not forget Flag Day, Arbor Day, and all the other critically important holidays to celebrate this great nation...I would say your frustration borders on being unpatriotic.

WHY DO YOU HATE FREEDOM??? :D
