So, I've e-mailed optomCAS about 5 times and they have not responded to me once.... Ive been e-mailing them for about 2 months now and nothing... has anyone else had this problem?

I did not have this problem when I emailed them, but their answer to my question was a little rugged. They’re usually pretty good with helping and replying. Maybe try calling if there’s other contact info?

I also sent them an email and have yet to hear back from them. I'm assuming they're probably busy with the volume of applicants at this time
