Just got an email (9/30) saying that my app was reviewed and verified and that it will be mailed on the next PharmCAS mailing date.

Do you think that this will be tomorrow (being that today is Sunday) or how often do they mail?

I heard from reading around the forums that they usually get mailed on Wednesdays, but i'm not 100% sure...

According to the FAQ on PharmCAS, The PharmCAS apps are electronically mailed to the schools twice each week.

My PharmCAS app was mailed out Monday. Perhaps PharmCAS mails apps out every Monday and Wednesday?

To be fair, I officially submitted on 8/30 but they didn't get my final transcript until 9/10 so I put that date

Just curious 🙂 By looking at the previous posts, I feel like it took them about 20 days for PharmCAS to verify GPA for every applicant after they have received the official transcripts.

They received my transcripts at the end of July. So they had everything before I submitted.

I wonder if PharmCAS will be open on Monday since it is Columbus Day. Monday will be 3 weeks for me (all transcripts arrived 09/17), so I am hoping that my application is verified on Monday.

Not sure Pojman but I don't think so. I E submitted on 9/15. my app did not get verified today 🙁 All my transcripts were received in June.

Nothing much I can do but wish for the best

schools have electronic access to your pharmcas app the moment you e submit. but they wont have your pharmcas GPA until everything is verified - source Pharmcas

Pharmcas mails EVERY MONDAY and WEDNESDAY of every week 👍 SO next mailing would be next Monday.👍

Hm, interesting, someone asked this question on pharmcas's facebook page ...."Dear PharmCAS, when will be the next mailing cycle to mail out applications for school? Thanks -"...."Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS) Hi XXX, we mail applications toward the end of each week.
Anyway, if they mail it twice a week, it's even better 🙂)

i directly called them and asked. Also for further confirmation, just look at the mailing date for posters earlier in this thread. all dates land on either monday or wednesdays. no fridays

I got verified on a Tuesday then on Friday it said "mailed on Monday" (the following monday) so not sure when they actually mailed it, but I got an email from a school that they had it on Tuesday.

You dont check your email for mailing status. You have to check under the "pharmacy designations" tab. it will tell you if your apps got mailed

i've checked under pharmacy designations, it says not mailed. I called up pharmcas and they told me it may take upto 10 days for the app to be mailed after its verified. I just gotta wait now.

I never payed attention, but just checked the date and it's different from what I had before.

Are you talking about the date they say you took your PCAT, or the date they say they received your scores? Because for me the former is right, but they did change the latter for some reason. I figured it probably didn't matter though.

Mine does the same! I decided not to inquire about it because it doesn't seem to be affecting my application. I've received multiple interview invites already, so I'm sure it's not anything we should worry about. 😀

Can I e-submit my Pharmcas application even though all my "letters of recommendations" aren't complete yet ? Will my recommenders be allowed to electronically send/upload after my pharmcas has been submitted ?

You are able to submit your application regardless of if all letters have been received. Once the letter is received, it will be included in your application. If the application has already been mailed, it will be sent along once it arrives.
