I plan to take the MCAT next year (August of 2012) since I will be done with my pre-reqs and other courses by sophomore year. I also have the option to stay an extra year to do a BS-MS program. IN the event I do fulfill that, I will apply for medical school by august 2014 as opposed to 2013 (after by junior year)..will schools still accept my MCAT score if it's 2 years apart? Is there a list of schools with such exceptions..?

Your mcat lasts for 3 years, so you'll be good. In fact, I would do that before they change the mcat!!
