early application - bu & tufts --and part 2 scores

hi

i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the earliest date i can apply to BU and TUFTS is? i dont mean to ask about the deadlines which would be the "latest" i can apply....i mean when do these schools start to accept applications from us for the advanced standing program.


also i was wondering if taking the part 2 end of may or early june is too late to apply to TUFTS since they seem to start off interviews in july?

is there some way i can ask for my part 2 scores to be sent to dental schools as additional score reports before the score report is sent out to me? there was no option to choose any dental schools in the part 2 application so i dint ask them to send it out to any schools!
