PharmCAS just says all your transcripts have to be received by the deadline, not that they have to be verified by it. So early decision status wouldn't change with them, but you might want to double check with your school if they have a different policy.

PharmCAS must have all transcripts in by the deadline, which was Sept. 8th in order to be considered for Early Decision. However, it is ok if they have not completed verification or GPA calculations by that time--information was provided by the admissions department of the school I am applying for.

Also I can verify this is true because my app was just verified and my GPA was calculated as of yesterday 9/15/15 after turning in my app on 9/2/15--still says I am designated for Early Decision. Had my transcripts in by early August however.
