"easier test" vs "harder test" shouldnt matter?

A lot of these threads talk about how one practice test was way easier than another practice test, but shouldn't that not matter? If it was harder, you'll get more wrong, but its all curved so shouldn't you get the same grade as if it were easier and you got less wrong?

What about my logic isn't correct?

ur logic is correct, im just wondering how much different, or even if it is different on the real thing. the real test was definitely a little harder than all the practice aamcs, so i wonder if missing 9 or 10 would be a 12 instead of missign 7 or 8.
 
There's also experimentals...so if you miss some, it may be okay since the whole passage doesn't count. But that could screw you over big time if that happened for an easy passage.
