I am 44 BC internist. I had asthma many years, kept me from getting in Marines after HS. I have a self prescribed inhaler I never use (keep in gym bag "in case"), run 6-8 miles 3-4 times a week and lift every day. What is the best branch for a waiver? I can't lie because have only been asthma free for a few years (drastic dietary changes did the trick). Also, wife hesitant about moving (children, grandchildren in area) so might have to do reserves or guard first and then eventually switch over. I don't need any financial (loan) incentives.I also have had no "formal"doc for many years so medical records would be a joke to try to get. Thanks for input.
