Easiest, most problem-free state to get licensed in

Many states do not accept reciprocity from California. I am about to take the NAPLEX and CPJE (any tips anyone?), and assuming I pass, I realize that if I ever choose to move to certain states, they will not accept reciprocity of my California license and I will have to take the NAPLEX all over again. So before taking the NAPLEX this time, I'd like to transfer my score to another "safe" state that will enable me to transfer to any other of the other states should I ever choose to do so. Any suggestions anyone? An easier MPJE for that state would be a plus.
