I'm not sure that any of them are "easy", simply because the folks that are applying for those spots are often med school rockstars (or maybe not, but lots of RadOnc, Rads, Ophtho, Derm folks). But you already know that.
To start your list, you can look at United Health Services/Wilson Hospital TY program in Binghamton NY. You've got a perfect storm of why many folks might not rank it too highly: it's not in the world's most desireable location, and the workload is decidedly not supercush. But it may be easier to get into, they only interview a small number (so if you get an invite, you've got a great shot), they pay well, and they provide housing for dirt cheap.
