EC A. osmosis encoded? Worth my time?

1. opinions on if EC audio osmosis is worth the money?
2. are the CD's encoded or can they be placed on an Ipod or MP3 player easy?

worth the money if u use them the right way. like if u take notes with them on and then review, and no encoding. mp3 a go
