EDD/EFW calculator from U/S data

I need a reliable calculator for EGA, EDD and EFW: I have BPD, HC, FL, AC etc.

A locums U/S tech sent me an U/S report with only measurements, no overall EGA. There is no EDD (for a 15 yo primip with no prenatal care, unknown LMP, now abt 34 wks).

I looked around online for about half an hour this morning but could not find anything that seemed reliable.

Suggestions please!
