Can you apply EDP (early decision program) if you are going to take the mcat around july or august?
If not when is the last mcat considered?

You would be at a severe disadvantage. Decisions must be mailed out by October 1 I believe. The applications might even be due by the end of August.

I think most early decision interviews are held in august and early september and depending on the schools they might have a deadline for secondaries and mcat scores.
