Anyone with EK101 Verbal, 2nd Edition:
On p.443 there is a RAW SCORE CONVERSION CHART but it is the old format conversion chart. (For example raw scores of 60 and 55 convert to scaled scores of 15 and 12 respectively)

Is there a new corrected scale conversion chart anywhere?

You'll have to just do the math. I looked and didn't find anything either. It's not that bad of a conversion though. For example, if you didn't want to do all 60 or so questions on the old version you just do 40. Then, just do the percentages and compare. For example getting 30/40 is the equilvalent of getting a 45/60.

EK totally sucks... I can't tell you how many of their score conversion charts are screwed up. So ridiculous. Do they even have an editor?

OK cool I will do the math to convert the scores. I wasn't sure if that would be fully accurate, since with a lower number of questions the conversion might be different?, but that makes sense it won't change that much.

Or you could just use the chart for AAMC Practice Exam 10 - very steep curve similar to current administrations.

Or you could track your weekly progress by doing a score out of 40 since it's easier to see a trend that way.

A caveat I forgot to mention with my earlier post is that by choosing only 40 you may not be getting the full scope of the practice test. For example, the hard passages may be the last two and you didn't get to them because you stopped at 40.

I liked taking the 60 question tests for VR reasoning because it was easier to get through a 40 question test as far as stamina is concerned. It is the equivalent of being a pitcher and warming up on 60 foot mound and then getting into the game and throwing from a little league mound. But, make sure you have your timing correct though!!
