I was wondering if anyone out there has broken up the tests that are included in the verbal 101 EK book? for example, only doing 3 passages one day and 4 the next in order to have more study material?

Does anyone recommend this strategy? or should I just stick to taking the whole test at once ?

I think taking the whole test at once under the most test-like conditions possibles (time yourself!) will provide you with the best possible preparation. Breaking up the tests will not allow you to accurately judge your endurance and timing for the real deal.
