Ek Equation

I use examkrackers complete package and i noticed there are a lot of equations for physics that don't need to be memorized for the MCAT. Is the EK book right or should i still memorize them? I took Kaplan 2 years ago and i know those equations had to be memorized.

the ones that id memorize that ek tells you not to worry about are period of pendulum and period of spring.
