EK question

hey guys, I'm planning on taking a kaplan course this spring and after reading some of the posts on this board I'm considering buying some supplemental books from EK. Is it worth the money to buy the complete package (in add'n to taking a kaplan course) and are those 1001 books (verbal, bio, chem, phys) included in that package? Also, many ppl on these boards have talked about EK verbal strategries, so is it worth the money to buy their verbal book or should i just buy their 101 passages book?

The package is the strategy books which are separate from the 1001 books. Bio 1001 and Verbal 101 are passage based and highly recommended. The package also comes with a practice test.

Whether or not it is worth it, I dunno.

Buy the 101 passages book since it has a bunch of practice tests, but also buy the verbal book since it gives the strategies. Ek's strategies for verbal are the best!
