EK Website Daily Quiz? Any use?

I know any practice is good, but do the online daily quizzes really compare to the real questions MCAT?

I didn't know the EK website had this. I took the one today and it seemed somewhat legit, since it is similar to what's on the ek1001 bio.

Well I know that the verbal quiz is obviously like 1/3 of a passage; however I feel that the questions are somewhat similar. The BS and PS quizzes seem pretty similar, maybe a little easier to what they have in the EK practice books.
