Electronic submission, letterhead/signature required?

I plan on getting all my teachers to submit electronically. Should I tell them there needs to be a letterhead/electronic signature? Both?

all letters need to have an official letter head, the professors should know that. they should also have a signature on file that they can add to the electronic document if they've ever done one before, worked on a paper with people from other institutions, or written a grant.
