Ending my freshman year.. Help?

Ok so I am just about to finish my freshman year at a university. I did not do so hot but I did okay. I have a 3.51 overall gpa and a 3.5 science gpa. I have a couple questions for you guys. I am currently a Health Science Major too.

1) Am I doing okay so far?

2) When should I start shadowing and should I try to get a job in a dental office?

3) What advice can sophomores and juniors give me as a freshman going into my sophomore year.

1) 3.5 is great. Keep it up.
2) ASAP. job or shadowing. be exposed to dentistry
3) congratz. you just passed the easiest phase of your undergrad career (gen chem 1 i assume) .. hardest classes are coming so keep working hard

1) Absolutely, I had a lower gpa after freshmen year but was able to build back up.
2) Start asap.
3) Start asap. Can't stress this enough. Don't have to take huge steps but just start doing it
