ERAS Application Question. Do I include my expired EMT license under State Medical Licenses Section?

Did a few months of EMT during pre-med. I let my license expired once I got into med school.
Do people include that in their ERAS? I wasn't sure what counts as a state "medical" license (my initial thought was to include it if it's an actual MD/DO, NP, PA, or RN)?

That's not a license to practice anything.

That's a certification to use some the umbrella of someone else's license.

EDIT: It's a slippery slope, and depends on what those states consider your piece of paper.
 
No. I didnt include my expired ChPT either because it really isnt relevant anymore
