ERAS delay from invite to email?

I keep getting invite offers in my email like 4-5 hours after they have been posted to ERAS. I thought they were supposed to go to my email first and then ERAS. I wouldn't be complaining but when I'm out of the house I can't check ERAS and get email on my phone. A couple of times I haven't seen that I have an invite till later at night when I get home. This happen to anyone else?

I just got an interview email while I was on my computer studying for an exam. The time it showed up in my inbox and the time stamp on ERAS matched (and is about the time I got a notification from Entourage about a new msg).

Do you think this has been happening every time or just every once in awhile?

There have definitely been delays on mine...maybe an hour or so? I think it may be due to my email system.

Yeah, there's definitely been delays on almost all of mine as well. Although, I'm never near a computer to check ERAS to see if I've even gotten a message in ERAS before it reaches my email. But the time stamp is usually off by 2-3 hours. I was hoping it was just a time change thing!
