Essays friendly medical schools?

Hey SDNers,
I have a question pertaining which medical schools are essay friendly? I know that all medical schools take a glimpse at your personal essays but I want to know which school actually care about what "things" happen in your life. Thanks for the help. peace.

apparently uchicago really scrutinizes your personal and secondary essays ... i'm not sure about others...

I know the Univ. of MN has at least two adcom members who read everything in your file. I doubt there's any way to verify how much weight they put on the PS and essays, though. Prolly similar to every school.
