Has anyone ever heard of this book? Apparently its a condensed version of the Rubins Pathology book.

I actually read about this book on a thread here. Someone mentioned it in passing. I checked it out and its pretty small, only 648 pages. I'm wondering if anyone has used this book or knows anyone that has? I'm thinking it could be useful for getting the most important information that I need to know.
