sGPA: 3.75
BCP: 3.74
Pre requisites GPA ( is a new GPA lol): 4.0
Chemistry Major

Ec: ALOT and very unique stuff:
Pilot WITH 200 HOURS
Chemistry Learning assistant/ and TA
I fly kids that dream of becoming pilots. Its an organization i belong to
Lots of Volunteering
etc...

So, what do you guys think i should get in that DAT to be a good applicant!?! I know is hard to say, but i am applying to NOVA, which is 15 min from my house; not harvard! lol

Are you a URM? You're in as long as you make a solid 19+ and don't have red flags anywhere 😉

20 DAT is a safe score. The average is 19.something . With your beautiful GPA, you should make around 20 DAT which is very doable for you...

I think you'll be fine with a 19. However, I hope you're applying to more than just Nova.

Un-represnted Minority? And yeah, I am cuban/american. Came to this country 6 years ago. and very thankful for the opportunities this country has given me. You guys dont know how fortunate i feel lol

It's under-represented minority. A group who's presence in dental school is significantly below the national demographic. Unrepresented would be like.. Klingon or Hobbit because I've never heard of a Klingon or Hobbit dentist.

You should get in somewhere then as long as you get a solid 19 in everything and apply early. I would expand your list of schools to 10-12 places just to be safe. UF definitely if you want to stay in FL.
