Does anyone know of an actual document you can pull or request as proof of your upcoming ETS date? As an officer, the date on my LES is 888888...not helpful.

HRC gives me the correct date verbally, but my potential future employer wants something in writing.

As a regular Army officer (I.e. Not a reserve commission), you technically do not have an ETS date because your commission is indefinite until resigned (assuming they accept your resignation; they're not obligated to). What you really have is a contract end date. If you're within a 365 day window, then you can initiate separation paperwork. After some administrative hoops, you'll get a memorandum that includes your REFRAD date, which will hopefully be sufficient. Otherwise, good luck. I can barely get S1 to respond to emails, much less produce a document not specifically found in their job description.
