EU national but NON-EU graduate Uk vs Ireland

Hi everyone,

I am an EU national and will graduate this summer from a non-eu med school(Turkey). I am actually on the end of my one year internship and i don't know which country will match the best for my career between UK and IRELAND.
I know all about UK but i didn't found every infos i want about ireland.

For example, in my case, an eu national graduated from a non-eu med school,do i need to pass the PRES exam ? Because the rules are not clear.

How hard is it to get in a residency training post in Ireland for someone in my case ?
