Evaluating your preceptors

This is something I have been wondering about for awhile now. So far I have tried to be honest but not overly harsh when evaluating preceptors. However, I keep hearing that pharmacy is a small world and not to burn any bridges, so I am wondering if it is better to just give every preceptor a glowing evaluation just for the sake of staying on everyone's good side. I feel like you never know who you might run into in the future, and I might have already burnt some bridges of my own (probably wouldn't want to work with these people anyway, but you never know).

Make your evaluation honest and not personal. What was good about the experience and what was less than stellar. Ther preceptor should be able to learn from the experience....
