Evaluation Portal on AADSAS

So, all my evaluators recently submitted their letters electronically on AADSAS and it is stated when the letter was received my AADSAS. However, I've noticed that it takes them about a month after the letter is received, for AADSAS to send it. I have a deadline that is December 1st for one of my schools...as long as AADSAS states that it was received before that date, is it OK? Even if it is mailed to them after Dec. 1st? Arggg, this is worrying me.
