No one really cares. The only thing that this post show is that you are becoming as egotistical as plank is arrogant. The both of you are ruining this forum. I personally cant stand plank's BS thats why I ignore his stupidity. I suggest you do the same.

Don't romanticize finishing residency. There is no magic line that is crossed. Becoming an attending is just one more transition from senior to freshman. It takes a few years to learn the ropes in private practice and to prove oneself. Also people don't change their personality because they have achieved a milestone. You know Copro, I'm not positive how many people really care what you do here or not.
In a recent post, you mentioned, and then referenced some previous posts by JPP. I'm not going as far as accussing you of COMPARING yourself to Jet, but I'll add that you are NOTHING like JPP.
JPP had all of the things you mentioned of him. But, he also had LEADERSHIP, which you clearly lack. He had very little vitriol or true malice (if at all) in his posts. He also didn't get dragged down by petty BS, like you seem unable to resist.
That's why people RESPECTED JPP.
Sometimes I honestly feel kind of sh.tty of the disrespect I've shown you since you've become an attending. Clearly you've earned it (the attending status) and have worked hard to get to where you are. I have no doubt you're a capable anesthesiologist.
Now, I know I know, you don't give a sh.t what anyone thinks of you and all that great stuff..... On and on..... I know, so please save yourself from saying it.
The thing is that once you become an attending, people (as well as your patients) expect a bit more from you. This means GROW UP! Stop acting like a rebellious teenager! WTF?

please don't go
I'm not about to compare Jet with Copro, but you may be romanticizing Jet's past. He was as much a bully as anyone, but it was tempered by his other good traits. When he tired of the gas forum, he went to FP and set off a nice firestorm. He also made sure that his posts were entertaining despite how offensive they may be.
