On the actual MCAT, have you ever have to MEMORIZE (not just run across on the test):
- root of irrational numbers
- e to the power of whatever (e being logarithm or something i don't know)
- ln 2, ln 3 or ln whatever?
- log 5.7248 or whatever irrational numbers?
I know you are supposed to guestimate like crazy, but what have you ever encountered situations where you needed to know the values of these numbers and you just couldn't remember??
Frankly, I've never run across situations where I had to memorize these values on the real AAMC (yet) but I did a couple of times with Kaplan exams.
let me know. thanks.
