Exam in 7 days. Please advise!!!!!

Hi, guys...
I'm supposed to take my test in 7 days.
Have been doing SA and these are my scores:
NBME 13 (July) 460 - 220
NBME 15 - September 232
UWSA 1 226
UWSA 2 228

and today... NBME 18: 220.

I'm panicked. First of all, I need to have at least 230... Second of all, I'm scared I won't even pass it.

What should I do? I've taken all my NBMEs now (some of them a long time ago).

What do you think about NBME 18?
