Hi all,
I just discovered the best text for pediatrics today! The clinic I worked at has Atlas of Pediatric Physical Diagnosis by Zitelli and Davis. It was the 3rd ed. I was flipping through and apparently the 4th one is coming out in August.

<a href="http://www.harcourt-international.com/catalogue/title.cfm?ISBN=0323017479" target="_blank">http://www.harcourt-international.com/catalogue/title.cfm?ISBN=0323017479</a>

It has the illustrations of all the skin d/o I have been wondering about for ages. But it also has pictures for many diseases ranging for hematology to endocrinology to pretty much everything. I find it extremely useful in getting disease picture set in my mind since texts and pictures are about 50:50 and who wants to read through Nelson's!!! It is expensive though!

does anyone know of similar texts for internal medicine or other specialities?
