Experience section: Just Med school?

Should we include only activities we did in medical school in the experience section of ERAS or undergraduate activities as well? I had assumed the former, but then in preparation for our deans letters my school asked for a list of our undergrad extracurricular as well, so now I'm not sure. Does anyone know either way?

Just in med school unless you did something exceptional in UG.

Our advisor told us to list UG activities if 1) they are research "all research counts" and 2) if they are meaningful activities that lasted longer than a year.
