This is kind of a strange question but, I was just wondering, I have to option of graduating next May, Spring 2010, which I could do although I am planning on taking the MCAT in February 2010 and beginning applying that summer, so needless to say I will have a gap year.
What is the opinion on doing a post-bacc during that time. Am I right it kind of defeats the purpose of a post-bacc considering I will be completing the post bacc while applying? Does anyone have thoughts/experience with this or any suggestions for other programs of the same sort?
I would love to just take a year away from school and work etc. although, my debt makes this an impossible option seeing as there is now way I could afford to begin paying my huge loans.
Any positive comments would be so greatly appreciated! 😱
Another option is to just stay in school throughout applying.
