You should really work on improving your verbal since a 7 will greatly hinder your chances and out right prevent you from getting a look from some schools. Although it was from a couple years ago, I remember looking through my MSAR and besides the in-state only schools, no other schools accepted people with a 7 in verbal. There are verbal help threads in the MCAT Guide sticky.
