express mail...how long did it take?

For those who did express mail, particularly if you are from the West Coast, how long did it take for AADSAS to update your LOR and transcripts onto your app?

It has been a little over a week (~10 days) and my stuff has not been indicated as received yet, so im getting anxious. doesnt feel like "express" mail afterall haha.

haha i'm on the east coast and used the 'express mail' and its been 6 days and my one transcript still hasnt reached them... the first transcript took 4 days
 
Why don't you just you the new electronic upload form on your AADSAS account? So much easier/faster.
 
im on the east coast i did regular mail and it took one week for both of my schools transcripts to post as received

I used regular mail, from CA to AADSAS, took a week to show on the website. I am still waiting for my 2 other transcripts to get there, which I sent later than the first one.
 
can we submit our application even if our transcripts haven't been received yet? i am getting antsy...

Yes, you can submit.

However, you application won't actually be sent until your transcripts have been received and processed.

My school offers an electronically sent transcript.

HOWEVER, it did not work at my institution for AADSAS because of the required matching form. There was no way for my school to send the matching form with electronic transcripts.

so i can send out my application even though two of my transcripts havent been received and some of my letters havent been uploaded. should i just go ahead and submit then? will the transcripts be automatically processed once they arrive or will i have to re-submit again. also, will the rest of the LORs be automatically submitted too?

this process is making me feel dumb. also i am really stressed because one of my LOR writers is super incompetent with technology and im not sure if she will be capable of uploading the letter (LOL) i think i am going to have to end up having her snail mail. uuuuuugghgh

you can submit now, then as soon as your transcripts are in it will start to be processed. you dont have to re-submit or anything, the same goes for the LORs

and dont worry about it, this is a learning process for all of us new applicants 🙂 good thing SDN exists

transcript submitted express on the 4th....still not posted on AADSAS 😡

how is that others from the west, some using REGULAR mail, are getting theirs processes quicker?! makes no sense!

has anyone sent two different college transcripts at different times and have the 2nd one arrive earlier? I sent in my 2nd transcript a few days later and that one is already on AADSAS, but the 1st one is still not...and i sent that one 6/4. could it be lost?!?!?! anyone lose stuff before?

I have transcripts from 5 schools...sent the matching forms to all the schools on the day it opened. AADSAS has only received two of them. Plus, my LOR's were sent priority mail on the 7th...none of them have been received.

I think AADSAS is just trying to mess with our heads!!!! lol.

i wonder if AADSAS is just super backed up with transcripts and has them but hasnt posted them to everyone's app yet...

are you guys at the end of the alphabet? i'm P so maybe they go alphabetically??
 
finally on AADSAS! or as the great McLovin once said, "its in..oh my god its in!"

@bconway52, hope your stuff shows up on AADSAS soon. apparently it can be inconsistent--even an earlier mailed item may be completed later than a later mailed item.
 
sent my transcript on 4th (from Canada), and still nothiing on AADSAS...

Is it just me ? worried if my mail got lost on the way...

I requested my transcript on the 4th, it was sent on the 8th and mine is still not up.

I was worried it got lost in the mail too so i called AADSAS and they told me that it can sometimes take 10-14 days for them to get everything mailed/processed from where I live (New York) to Massachusetts and not to worry until the middle of next week and if its still not up by then to think about re-sending it
 
I hope the same goes for LORs. The Career Center sent my LORs with matching forms on the 7th and AADSAS still hasn't received them. Anyone else experienced this with LORs?
 
I sent my transcripts from 3 schools on the 4th. Only one has arrived and it was on the 11th, the rest have not showed up........

I needed transcripts from 3 colleges, and I went to all of then on June 3rd with the matching form. I signed up for a FedEx account number, and left a pre-filled airbill with the envelope, set for 2nd Day Air delivery. Two of transcripts were done already and sent out the same day, but there was a problem with the third one. It was just received yesterday (Tuesday, 6/15) according to the tracking information and AADSAS. At about 10:00 a.m. this morning I got an e-mail saying my transcripts had been verified.

I read a lot about the process and I was a little worried just because it is something extremely important, but going through it now, it seems like AADSAS is really working fast.

Isn't there a tracking number to tell where the mail has been?
