External Moonlighting

Hey all, I am an upcoming PGY-3 Pediatric resident. Has anyone had luck with external moonlighting with an unrestricted medical license? I have looked at hospitalist, Urgent Care, and ED positions, who all seem to want you board-certified as opposed to many adult positions who just require an unrestricted license. Does anyone have advice on how to find Pediatric positions? I am in Michigan for reference.

First make sure your program allows it. Other than that, I did most my moonlighting at my residency hospital (fast track, NICU, etc). Other than that, people in residency would inform me on random moonlighting opportunities.
