are schools generally flexible to additional LORs, or is it dependent on the school.

for instance EVMS asks for 2 science/1non-sci from classrooms instructors. So, I can't send anything from research/volunteer EC's?...I'd hate to call all the schools....thanks

In my experience, the majority of schools will accept extra LOR's unless they specifically say they do not. Usually state schools are the ones to not want extra LOR's.

They are generally flexible, but don't rely on this general rule. You may hate to call all the schools, but it will be to your advantage to do so. Some schools are very strict about the maximum number of letters they will accept.
