I got an 18% i know how u feel. i didnt even think that was possible, granted i didnt study whatsoever becuase im taking 19 credit hrs this semester 😕 did u study for it??

I really did study.. but emotionally i wasnt at a good place. I think i'm going to apply to non Pcat school and take the January PCAT.

Be aware that most non-PCAT schools require much higher GPA's and a few of them unofficially require a Bachelor's degree prior to applying.

The key thing is that there is no way to circumvent academic success. The PCAT is just one small component towards accomplishing that feat. Since these schools don't require the PCAT, they usually have loftier expectations for their applicants. Furthermore, most of those schools (if not all) are either in California or private, so you should keep that fact in mind as well.

Well, you shouldn't be too upset, one of my friend's got accepted to pharmacy school with a percentage very close to yours. So, do not think it's the end of the world. Also, I think you should definitely take the PCAT in January. Most schools, "say" they do not accept the January PCAT, but I honestly believe that's not very true, as I have seen many of my friend's get accepted to pharmacy schools with the January PCAT scores. My advice to you would be to keep your head up high, and believe in yourself. I was once that kid with a 2.5 gpa in Highschool, but when I got to college my gpa rocketed. Again, the formula to success is to believe in yourself, pray to God, and work hard!
