F in non-prereqs class at Community College. Retake ?

Hi,
Just wanted to cut to the chase. I go the a traditional 4-year college and also took the first one class at CC. I recently got an F in a that class (History) at CC and I'm worried if that will be counted toward med school GPA combined with the 4-year school's GPA. Should retaking the course be a good idea? Or should I hide it from "people's eyes"?😱

Though it probably isn't the best idea, you could try to hide it by not sending CC transcripts. However, if you are transfering any credits from that CC or taking any pre-reqs there, you won't have a choice and ADCOMs will see that you failed a class at a CC.
