OP, the fact that I am left handed doesn't mean much but I like to think of myself as a 3-dimentional/spatial thinker. I also felt good about most of PAT sections (with the exception of PF) while I was preparing for the DAT. I used 10 test CDP, and a few full length tests to prepare for the PAT and scored around 22-25.
However, on the real DAT I struggled with the KH section, which at times felt like the answer choices were drawn by a 10 year old. I also struggled with the HP section, since I saw many "half-folds" and weird punches. I have to say that CC was the easiest section for my DAT, which had small stacks of cubes that were very doable and not time consuming. Anyways I ended up with 20PAT on my DAT 🙁.
If I were to redo it all over again, I would definitely do Achiever practice tests, and all other PAT materials that are available to expose myself to all types of questions for each PAT subsection. If I were you, I definitely would not underestimate the PAT section when I take the DAT.
