Hey everyone,

So this is something I've been thinking about for a while, but should I expect to get the same amount of grants for PT school as I did for undergrad? For example, if the grants covered about 40% of my tuition costs, should I expect about the same amount for PT school?

I may be wrong but I am not sure that you can get your tuition covered at all other then by scholarship (in the sense of not having a loan). From what I have ready you must get a loan to pay your tuition and living expenses unless you can afford it outright

Nick6570 is right. Apparently "there is no free money" for graduate students. So everything must be a loan. That being said, scholarships do exist. You may have to look high and low, and they might not be for much (I just got two last semester totaling around $3,000) but every little bit helps. Really look around, ask family and friends, research your town or county (some have scholarships for locals) and even your old school - some organizations offer scholarships for grads of certain four year universities who go on to grad school. Good luck!

Thanks for all your help Nick6570 and Kepania! Looks like I'll just have to bite the bullet with these expenses.
