NOPE. Processed does not mean received. I confirmed this with Rush

i have confirmed this with several schools, also, as recently as today. its like the AMCAS, in a way. you can complete it whenever you want, but its up to the individual schools to download your file at their convenience. thus, some schools have my fafsa, and some don't (yet).

just call the schools you're concerned about. i've found that financial aid offices are typically much more patient and polite than admissions offices.
