I just found out that I failed the comlex PE. I was graded poor for the humanistic portion. How is this possible? I was polite, I introduced myself, I was as empathic,I offered water and tissues, and I asked them if they had any questions. What did I do wrong? And what can I do better? Thank you

The lack of feedback on this exam is pretty frustrating. If you did do all the things you listed then it may be the WAY you said it that they marked you down for. If you were nervous maybe it came through during the exam.
The only remedy then is to get in touch with the person at your school that coordinates the "fake patient" class & see if they can provide better feedback after having you go through the process with whichever friend you can guilt into helping you.
I know it doesn't seem like much but since we have so little to go on, this is pretty much all you can do.

I did stutter because i was nervous. I will stutter again next time. This is something I can not change. If i was penalized for stuttering, than I can make the argument that this is discrimination against those who stutter. It is simply not fair.

I can really understand...what u r feeling right now..I also failed this test 2 months back..but the data gathering..Get yourself together..practice..practice and practice..

Maybe explaining to the patients, "Just so you know, I have a stutter which can sometimes make it harder to understand what I say. I hope you'll forgive me."

I feel like a quick apology can go a long way. ("Just so you know, I have a lazy eye, so it doesn't always seem like I'm looking at you. But I am, I promise. Oh, and sometimes I have seizures. Now, what brings you in today?")

Or better yet, "Please stop me and tell me to repeat myself if you don't understand something I said at any point". I could see them docking points on stuttering because they felt it interfered with clarity of communication, but maybe that would help. Remember, the standard patients are very easily confused. 🙂
I think it really is unfair that they don't even tell people what to work on in order to pass next time. 🙁 I hope that next time goes better for you.
