FAILS mnemonic for CT before LP

I keep hearing this mnemonic mentioned "FAILS" for when to do a CT before LP, does anyone know what it stands for?

Fnd, ams, immunosuppressed, lesions on spine, seizures. I also add coagulopathy, hemodynamic instability and increased icp suspicion (with exception of buldgin fontanelle on baby, which in isolation is fine)
