When do your schools select their Senior AOA members? Rightly or wrongly, I think of myself as a 'fringe' candidate for it and would just like to know when I can celebrate or put thoughts of it away for good.

my school announced AOA today...what is annoying is that every single inductee, including junior inductees, are men...my school has more males than females, but still
