I'm graduating this fall and since i took the aug mcat, i haven't been accepted yet to a med school....do my grades, this semester, have an impact on my acceptance?

Some school (though not many) require updates from the fall semester. Most don?t require it but if you did well it would benefit you to send a transcript update. I wouldn?t slack off because there is of course a chance that you won?t get accepted and have to apply next year in which case these grades don?t count. Of course if you do get accepted you still have to at least pass all your courses.
