What's your favorite surg path textbook for gynecologic/obstetric pathology and why? Plan to use some of the book fund on one and wanted to see what people (outside my program) like. Thanks.

I like the "Blaustein's..." by Kurman, but it was last published in 2002.

The harvard text by crum and lee is my favorite

All I know is avoid the Nucci Foundations book. I love that series, but the GYN one was terrible. It's not nicely formatted like the other books in the series and lots of common entities are totally omitted.

I'd recommend the Clement/Young GYN atlas. Essentially like the Haber ddx, but GYN focused obviously, and with great COLOR pics, tables, ddx, and CONCISE and KEY references.

Nearly everyone in my program (resident and faculty) seems to prefer Robboy. We've a few who also like Blaustein.

I would go with Swank and Hustler, in that order.
